Great relaxing haven in the middle of the chaos of midtown. Movie nights in the summer and regular yoga events among others. Great place to sit and relax in the sun!
Classic movie showings during the summer, ice-skating during the winter. A busy calendar of events every day of the year for the most crowded and very well kept urban park of Manhattan.
This park is next to the famed NYC library. Great place to chill and eat, read, people watch. There is outdoor kiosk that has books for your perusal and a cafe and a couple of pastry kiosks.
The Monday night HBO summer film festival at Bryant Park boasts stellar sound, a massive 40-by-20-foot screen and a relaxed viewing environment—despite being surrounded by the madness of midtown.
Choose the road less travelled. And remember that the best places to visit are not in the guide.
