Sistan and Baluchestan

Baluchistan is the southeasternmost region of Iran, along the country's border with Pakistan. The native language of the region, Baluchi, related to ancient Persian, is spoken in western, southern, and eastern parts of the region.
Zahedan is the capital of Baluchistan province in Iran. It is border city connecting Iran with Pakistan and if one is not going through Afghanistan, they'll have to pass through Zahedan on the overland route from Istanbul to New Delhi.
