Southern California is a megapolitian area in the southern region of the U.S state of California. The large urban areas comprised of Los Angeles and San Diego stretch all along the coast from Ventura to the Southland and Inland Empire to San Diego.
The Disneyland Resort is located in Anaheim, California. It is home to the original Disneyland Park, which opened on July 18, 1955, a favorite among visitors to Southern California from all over the world for well over half a century.
Culver City is on the West Side of Los Angeles County, and was given the moniker the "Heart of Screenland" during the 1930s and 1940s when it was responsible for half of America's motion picture production.
