Odessa is a city on the Black Sea coast of Ukraine. Odessa or Odesa is the administrative center of the Odessa Oblast located in southern Ukraine.

Izmail is a historic town near the Danube river in the Odessa Oblast of Southern Ukraine.

Mykolayiv is a city in Southern Ukraine. Mykolayiv was founded in 1789 in the aftermath of the Russian-Turkish war of 1768-1774 together with neighbouring cities of Kherson and later Odesa.


Teplodar is a town in Southern Ukraine, near Odessa. It was originally planned as the support town of a double reactor nuclear heat and power plant.

Kherson is a major sea harbour town in Southern Ukraine. It sits in the river delta of the Dniepr river, where it mounts into the Black Sea.

Ochakiv is a city in Southern Ukraine. Ochakiv can be reached by bus from either Odessa or Mykolayiv Local buses run along the coast to remote hotels and sanatoriums.
