West Point Island

West Point Island is in the northwestern portion of the Falkland Islands. West Point Island is frequented by cruise ships that drop passengers off for day trips. There is also an airstrip that can be used by the FIGAS planes, although it is not as well-maintained as the airstrips on other islands and is therefore not frequently used.
