Shiraz

Shiraz is the capital city of the province and a treasure trove of Persian culture. It was the capital of during the Zand dynasty's era, and is the celebrated birthplace of the great Persian poets Hafiz and Saadi. Local attractions include Afif-Abad Garden باغ عفیف آباد (باغ عفیف آباد) and Nasir-ol-Molk Mosque مسجد نصیرالملک (مسجد نصیرالملک). Recommended hotels include Eram and Shiraz Grand Hotel.
