Western Sahara

Western Sahara is an area in North Africa bordering the Atlantic Ocean, between Mauritania and Morocco. Its governance is disputed between Morocco and the Sahrawi Arab Democratic Republic, but the majority of it is occupied by Morocco.
Popular destinations: Ad Dakhla, El Aaiún and Akhfenir
Ad Dakhla is a city in southern Western Sahara. Dakhla Airport with almost daily flights from/to Casablanca with Royal Air Maroc, once a week to Agadir as well.
El Aaiun is the capital of Western Sahara, located in the northern part of the country.
Akhfenir is a small town in Tarfaya Province, Morocco.
Boujdour is in Western Sahara. Boujdour is not a tourist destination.
Smara is in Western Sahara There is just one main road and most hotels are on it.
